why do I have to act my age?
i'm a functioning adult in society. I have a job, i pay tax, i pay rent, i manage to look after myself. But why do I always have to act my age? when we're teenagers we're so desperate to be adults but now that I'm an adult I wouldn't mind cutting loose from time to time, and shrug off some of my adult responsibility. I want to laugh at the wrong moments, act like a 10 year old with my mates, or give in to any other childish impulse whenever it hits me. what's holding me back? nothin!
POSTED BY THE ZERO MOVEMENT AT 7:00 PM

Having been refered to as Peter Pan a lot I guess I don't act my age all the time. I collect toys and play with some of them, watch kids movies, play video games, fool around at the beach, laugh, joke, tickle, get tickled, hold a good job, support a family & meet my responsabilities. I'm 44, nobody stops me & they couldn't. I don't care what they think. Life is an awfully big adventure. Go the zero!
dont get even
forget it
be nice to those negative people
theyll either go away or turn nice
youll feel good about yourself be in control
dont give negative people the food thy desire by responding to them , you dont feed them, their negativity will starve
greatest of all love everybody
Get a helicopter and take a view from up there , it will give you a different perspective on life than viewing everything from ground level
I have when im old to be mature. Im having to much fun being me and doing whatever i want to do. Just because some people dont share my views doesnt make it fair for them to me and actions as "immature". I think it is 'them' who should relax!
I believe we all have the right to remain childlike forever, to be able to savour a new experience through a child's sense of wonder, excitement, fun and beauty. This is not to be confused with being childish which is an act of immaturity.
because growing up is apart of life, there is time for every age, and a limit on that age. It is not so restricting that no boundaries can be crossed, but there is an excitment to maturing and gaining the responsibilities to making decisions for you life.
