why can't pay increases come with responsibility decreases?
why are you rewarded for all your hard work with more hard work?
Why not "hey, good job, now here's a really cushy position for you, so put your feet up, cruise for the next few months, and oh by the way here's an extra couple of bucks to make the time go by".
why can't promotions come with less responsibility, more time off, and zero stress?

All with all the effort that goes into getting to the top, you should be rewarded by getting less to do, bring on more golf days and long lunches...
why can't the new kid get the corner office?
I know plenty of people in this category - my boss for starters! Some companies you start to move up the ladder & the easier it is to get away with doing no work - just point that finger, shout at people & put your feet up!
